INDEMNITY

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the Cindy Sue International LLC, its owners, members, employees, officers, directors, managers, relations, and agents of any kind harmless from and against any and all losses, claims, suits, actions, liabilities, obligations, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses) which we suffer as a result of third-party claims based one: (i) your negligence or intentional misconduct, (ii) your breech of any provision of the Terms and Usage of any Product and/or Service (including representation or warranty); or, (iii) death, personal injury, or property damage arising out of, or relating to, your obligations hereunder forever.

JURISDICTION AND VENUE

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without giving effect to its conflict of laws. The nearest state and federal court to Twin Falls, ID shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any case or controversy arising from or relating to this Product and/or Service, including but not limited to these Terms. By using this Product, you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of these courts and consent irrevocably to personal jurisdiction in such courts and waive any defense of forum non conveniens.

SHARING YOUR DIGITAL DOWNLOAD IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED

This will result in your access being immediately revoked and your payment will be forfeited. You will be held liable for damages to Cindy Sue International LLC.

USE OF TESTIMONIALS

We follow the FTC's rules surrounding endorsements and testimonials. As such, all endorsements or testimonials were received via text, audio, other forms of written communication, or video from a real person about their personal experience. COMMUNITY ACCESS

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members of the Private Groups. You understand and agree that any contact, whether online or in-person, with any participant, is done solely at your own risk. CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY

Cindy Sue International LLC respects your privacy and insists you agree to respect the privacy of Cindy Sue International LLC and all other members of the Product and/or Service ("Participants"). Any confidential information ("Confidential Information") shared by the Participants or any Cindy Sue International LLC representative is confidential, proprietary, and belongs solely and exclusively to the disclosing party. All Parties agree not to disclose, reveal or make use of any Confidential Information or any transactions, during discussions, in the Private Groups, or otherwise. You agree not to use such Confidential Information in any manner other than in discussion with other Participants. Both Parties will keep Confidential Information in strictest confidence and shall use the best efforts to safeguard the Confidential Information and to protect it against disclosure, misuse, espionage, loss, and theft. You agree not to violate Cindy Sue International LLC's publicity or privacy rights. Furthermore, you will not reveal any information to a third party obtained in connection with this Terms and Usage. By interacting and/or purchasing with any Product, Service, or Website Page, you agree that if you violate or display any likelihood of violating this Agreement, Cindy Sue International LLC and/or the Participants will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations to protect against the harm of such violations.

ACCESS MAY BE REVOKED AT ANYTIME

Cindy Sue International LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to revoke access to the Product and/or Service at any time. Cindy Sue International LLC also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to revoke access to the Product and/or Service without providing a refund if any content has been copied or used in an unauthorized manner. This includes copying the concept or creating a competing product using the information learned from the Product and/or Service. Cindy Sue International LLC and all of its designated representatives reserves the right to pursue damages for unauthorized use of any Product and/or Service.

Modifications to the Service.

Equitable Relief.

You acknowledge and agree that in the event of certain breaches of the Terms and Usage service agreement, Cindy Sue International LLC may suffer irreparable injury, such that no remedy at law will afford it adequate protection against, or appropriate compensation for, such injury. Accordingly, you agree that Cindy Sue International LLC shall be entitled to any injunctive relief, without have to post a bond, as may be granted by a court of competent jurisdiction.

PAYMENT PLANS

Access will be revoked to any course, digital download, Product and/or Service that a customer does not complete a payment plan or subscription payments on schedule.

REFUNDS

Due to the overall digital nature of Cindy Sue International LLC's products and services, all sales of eBooks, templates, PDFs, courses, instructions, subscriptions, and memberships or any other instructional approach are final.

WHAT DOES LIFETIME ACCESS MEAN?

You'll have lifetime access to the Product you are purchasing for as long as the Product exists. If the Product is retired (discontinued), you'll have the opportunity to download all the relevant materials over a 30-day time frame before access is revoked.

PRODUCTS ABOUT OTHER VENUES

All recommendations are the opinion of the creator. Results are not guaranteed. All case studies are only examples and the results are specific to that realm.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND USAGE

Cindy Sue International LLC may change, modify or update the Terms and Usage at any time without notice.
